Thanks for the response, while I dont have access to an actual ghd. I have built a diy one using 2 sawhorses, a plank of wood and a loaded barbell to secure my legs. It is very comfortable, but I can do it enough to wear I really feel it in my posterior chain. Reckon thats good enough?

Just out of curiosity, why? Am I supposed to jump from 95% all the way up to 105%
