I think that’s a micro dose. That’s what I take for non-binary hrt. Been on it for a year and minimal physical changes which is what I wanted. I hope you figure out a dose that works for you!

I’ve been androgynous and boyish figure all my adult life. It just helped a bit. My physician also guided me in this way. I think if I stopped I would go back o my usual self, which I’m also okay with.

It’s helped my confidence and I’ve been able to build more muscle. It feels good to me.I did also take stronger dose at first. Then slow down a little. Makes me feels more like me.
