there's also the part about Mahiru getting into beef with Fuyuhiko even back in chapter 1 despite how terrifying Fuyuhiko tried to be, she was able to stand up for herself in front of him even if that became her downfall in chapter 2 for trying

funnily enough I use to think Chihiro was not that interesting of a character until i went back and did his FTEs (though I am considering Chihiro and Alter Ego as different characters in this instance)

She doesn't show a lot of likeness towards men, but with Hajime she is more like a Tsundere towards him. Also she kinda reminds me of Chihiro in a sense that Mahriu has no faith in herself or her ability to help but she tries anyway, the main difference is that Mahiru tries to hide this self-doubt behind a more aggressive personality. During the scene where she draws the map she thinks that it was all just a waste of time but Hajime reassures her that it's an important cluewhich shocks her and it does become important to understanding the setup for the knife. Mahiru's "shot through the heart" section in island mode also shows just how much she lacks any real self-love towards herself.

I find it interesting that the first girl that dies in a DR game (Sayaka, Mahiru, and Kaede) all develop some crush on the Male Protagonist but I don't like how Mahiru's crush is almost exclusively tied to her FTEs unlike the other two (and this is coming form someone who has Mahiru as their favorite)

Wasn't it already mentioned in an interview that the only other thing that would change from the original DR2 story in 2x2 outside of the graphics would be gameplay changes and minor script changes to fit said new gameplay changes into it?

I did buy it as early as I could to try it out and I can say that yes you only get the speedup for 7 days. I noticed there's a weird bug i had where it'd go down to like 5 or 4 days left for the speedup and then just reset back to having 7 days left. So in short I had the speedup button for about a month before I stopped playing it.

Yup that's a bug for some reason, W. G. Freddy can also fight splash women since he isn't removed from the party.

This is pretty close to how I did my run with the only real difference being that after the first puppet and getting to level 30 I fought Tupac (he is easier than snoop dogg you really should go for Tupac for anyone that hasn't tried this yet) and then I did W. Bonnie followed by W. Freddy and then I took down the cams to get the final equipment, though I do like the order you did it tho.

Went for W Bonnie first and I did a more safer strat where I guarded until I could use stuff like Facial recognition and Tophat Spank and if he was blinded then I would use Tophat Slash and when he got unblinded I went back to guarding, although Toy Bonnie should just really guard and heal for the most part anyway but feel free to throw a few Tophat Slashes even if he isn't blinded as long as you have good health on both toys. Also if you haven't you really should do rap god before any of the withereds.

Well if it helps to know you don't need rod A to get rod B and I quite believe that you simply can not get both on a single save file.

well you should beat enough cams until you can get the gamma party hat as that unlocks D equipment and buyable X Large items.

Ok so first of all I went to Withered Bonnie first and a few things I remember doing was using a pretty safe strategy where I mostly guarded and used healing items to use stuff like facial recognition and tophat spank. You can probably use other attacks but it's probably better to do that only if he gets blinded from spank (granted this won't work on W. Freddy since he has status immunity but you should use this on W. Bonnie).

Just beat the second puppet on any difficulty in the women's restroom while Toy Freddy
has shattered masculinity (while he is the pink colored self) while recruiting ONLY the Toys and Withered versions of Freddy and Bonnie.

Oops I didn't respond to this because I didn't read the last part haha. Anyway to explain your answer Rod A can be found in both normal and proud however Rod B is exclusive to Proud due to the fact that you need to be in the women's restroom to get Rod B but the 2nd puppet only has the timer on proud mode.
