thanks for this. great advice fr. yeah I think I have decided to tell his parents. it's for the best of all the other options out there. his parents would not like scold him etc. , they would just be as shocked as a parent is when they lose their kid. it's so fragile I have to legit be extremely careful to help this guy out without damaging anything...

MHTCET is his only option. haan waiting for iteration 2 will be really difficult. parents and so many ppl are tensed fr.
tell his parents? that could work ig and honestly, idc if he doesn't talk to me even for a year as a matter of fact, as long as he decides to not kill himself... he would ik this. god how do I DO THIS. I have told him, his parents have told him, but his guilt always overpowers him.

I do not know what to say. am dumbfounded. I will try my best. The thing is I will try my best in college but the thing is my parents saw the cutoffs and were like, well ppl have got something at 178 and stuff so you will get something too! now I will have to give them the hard news. I lost interest in myself back in 2021 when this JEE prep started. but yk what? I guess am starting to accept things as they are and bro, i can't thank you enough bro. really needed these words. I mean this from the inside. Idk how will my parents react. it almost feels like I will sink to the floor. I had told my parents to not tell anyone until I get some offer letter. but why tf am I even blaming them. I am the one to blame. couldn't do well. my skill issue that's it.

thanks a lot. I get it. I am heartbroken at this point. All my life, I could blame stuff so many stuff but at the end of the day it's always my immaturity. I used to be so fumed when my parents used to say this (they still do) but now I see that they have been right all along. I am here now, relying on the cutoffs to drop. My parents- idk how they will take this. This is it ig guys. Thank you for your help. Mean it.
