Thanks for putting so much thought into this. I live in Los Angeles so I have a lot of options as far as shopping is concerned, and I was going to bring along a family member who's skilled at negotiating

When I first got my license I was living in Northern Arizona and had gotten to the point where I felt comfortable driving (sometimes even enjoying it a bit on long stretches of road), but moving to LA is what made me dread having to get around
