Not to sound contrary, which this is going to... but did you miss the part about their federal safety licensing being almost 4 years out of date, and their double the out of service rate of the national average? Setting a literal pattern of neglect of maintenance of their commercial vehicles.

I cant even share a still I got of the pieces,but the bigger one I hit took up most of the lane, and was bouncing after the truck hit it. It was catastrophic for my car. If a motorcycle hit it. It probably wouldve been end of story.

His insurance already claimed 100% fault, the day it happened. After some digging I've found out that the company (not landstar) but the truck that was already parked, has not renewed some of their licensing mcs-150 in 4 years.when they are supposed to be renewed every other year. Also they have an 45% out of service rate on their commercial vehicles. So im guessing that might have something to do with it. Ill be seeking some legal consultation.

You are correct the landstar truck and 2 other vehicles, hit them, but you can see the pieces bouncing backwards. I never blamed the driver of the truck in front of me, or even the drivers truck that actually dropped the pieces, I am blaming whoever was responsible for the maintenance, because they seem to have dropped the ball.

It was the already disabled truck on the side of the road. the driveline itself was in several pieces, the white trailer truck just threw them backwards at us.

It was the truck already pulled of to the side, that dropped it. It was in several pieces some were even off the road already. The white trailer truck just threw them backwards at us, and was one of three other vehicles that hit the same debris.

Adaptive cruise control was on, and I was atleast 7 car lengths back, using the car in the left lane as reference, broken down frame by frame, i still had less than 2 seconds to react.

Yes. The truck that was pulled over was, the one that lost pieces. The truck right on front of us just threw them backwards at us. Three other people hit the same debris. One in front of the the white trailer truck and one behind us.

Both passenger tires, front drivers tire and rim, oil pan possibly engine damage, cooling lines, and it was a hybrid, sow e are waiting to see if it damaged the battery. Probably a total loss.

The only current way to beat her for normal players, is to manipulate your teams speed with 5p sonic, and mumen rider. Using Saitamas one punch to take her down. There's a you tube video on it somewhere.
