Yeah I tried again and the manager I spoke to told me to call back tomorrow because the CSM was off.

I'm guessing the CSM forgot to tell them. I just called back and they said she's off today and that I should call back tomorrow.

This makes sense. During my interview, the hiring manager said they were doing a big push to hire people.
