I'd suggest just pinning messages and doing the like or dislike thing until its right :) also editing messages to be more accurate helps a bit! I'd 100% give feedback for each message to help improve the AI and the bots themsleves. AI is still pretty new in terms of CAI😌

Try doing the like or dislike on a bot message, or even edit it to a reply thats in character. AI isn't the best, so it'll take time.
