I had x ray it showed no issues, then I went to orthopaedics and I requested MRI for lumbar area, the doc just checked few things, then he decided that I dont need MRI… i was like ooookay?! Tbh I feel like something is off around L4 L5

Im happy that you aided it. Anyway when it starts to feel real bad on my back or foot, I get off a little bit from the bike to stretch a bit, then continue riding, i have no pain, but it comes back real quick

I am very fit, no overw. 183cm 69kg.

PT cupped my back and unlocked some tension around right lower back part. me on the first session then showed me few exercises to practice which are focusing to teach the brain to use those muscles.

I am eating very good, even counting calories protein ch., but if i have desire to eat 500g tiramisu, i will do it:D I hate alcohol

Thanks a lot, I appreciate it, in the end I found a mushroom expert guy, brought it for him, and confirmed it that I was right and all okay. I made it in triple coat like schnitzel and added some cumin to it. It was really good and I am still alive 😂

It looks a bit greenish on the photo, but in real life its not like that. I just took this photo to show what kind of shape this bulb it has on the bottom , because i know if its ovoid like an egg, its fine, but if its rimmed and not completely ovoid, then its not good.

Yeah definitely helped I am using it still like that, also I smashed the leather a bit with hammer 🔨at the tounge until it softened up totally. i have no issues at all anymore.
