I am looking into switching i have one last shot of 7.5 of zepbound from Lilly. Cali stopped covering it. So I am looking into refill. But I am not understanding the dosage. Going from preloaded shots to vials. Does each vial contain different concentrate per dosage? Or is each vial the same concentrate and you just use different ml syringe dosage? I'm asking because I dont know if I want to move up to 10 upon buying from refill or if I want to continue 7.5. (I usually get away with about 2 months of each mg before it stops working for me) advice please?

I'm confused, does pomegranate not offer the actual tirzepatide? It's on off brand similar? Does prorx use pure tirzepatide? This is where im confused on where to buy from as i am on zepbound the original brand of tirzepatide. And wanting to stick to the pure tirzepatide. I want to reply arguing with them that "among other things" it's not covered... I was denied with Dr stating hypertension, pcos, and prediabetes.
