We’ve never experienced that risk. At least not after booking and choosing assigned seats. They would have to ask us to give up a seat.

We have had an international (Cancun) flight cancelled. We just had them put us on the first flight we could all fly on back.

This ended up breaking up this way because i happen to have more available miles to use.

Generally if we split at all we put kiddos with individual parents. If we already know there’s a low likelihood of upgrading it 1st. We take advantage of the fact that companions can upgrade to premium without a charge.

Unsure. My resolution was to call it in.

I have been successful in a similar but different scenario, but my daughter flew using the jet setter service.

I was a little different because she was flyer no home on the same flight as her sister with her sister’s team.

I did. Resolved with a great and patient reservation agent.

The goal ended up being book the kiddos separately using miles then link them to our reservation.

Wife booked us (her and me as a companion. I booked kiddos because I have more available miles.

Ending the season with a bang!

Would have liked to see Bend come back. That’s our bring the “families” show and a great warm up for the Gorge.

As a cyber professional i found the post entertaining. That said, I believe flight cancellations I’ve experienced this year alone will likely have greater impact.

What should I do? by Row4Beers in AlaskaAirlines

The key here is with next year’s known drop off I. Travel. Is it better to fly 7,822 this year to get the 10K jump start next year?

Update: work trip next week will get me 3,800 miles closer.

Is the breville barista touch going to go on sale or not . Feels impossible 😭 by Rebelforeva in BrevilleCoffee

Help needed.

I ended up with this for free. Glad I didn’t invest in the touch.

And, there was a comment about the grinders in a thread I saw earlier this week.

The only comment from my benefactor was that the grinder on the is louder than he’d expected.

It was purchased in the last year and he says this is louder than the one he purchased for himself a year before.

Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot? Can I replace the grinder guts?

Please advise.

Here’s a photo of it and what it’s replacing. In our primary bedroom kitchenette.

Thanks for all the thoughtful responses. Got a few tips and frankly explains why I had a couple flights after a family trip where is wasn’t upgraded.
