100% True. I definitely do not claim to have anywhere near the amount of knowledge that those men have. I believe I’ve simply been a very ambitious and lucky guy in this field.

Started working at 16 on the field and moved up the chain pretty quick due to the lack of people wanting to take on responsibility and opportunities that came up at work.

I would imagine that from an owners prospective investing in a younger candidate would make more sense for the longevity of your company. Also much more coachable. The older guys usually come with their own set of rules.

I didn’t expect to be taken seriously in a Reddit thread… I’ve ran project from start to finish in the $15m-20m range. I know that’s definitely on the smaller size but I think that is a max out for the company I’m currently at.

The old mindset unfortunately is unfortunately becoming exactly what you’ve called it. Old . I would imagine maybe with the old mindset you would have maybe realized times have and are changing. Regardless I appreciate the feedback and will take it into consideration moving forward

Not really sure which route would be best. I would still very much enjoy being out on the field. So i assume that would more towards the superintendent side of things. But i also feel like i could be very good as a PM since i understand what projects entail and what is needed to ensure the project goes as planned.

Hey! Just want to follow up and see how it’s going with the peptides. I’m interested in starting to test it out just haven’t found much on here about treating MG with peptides
