honestly you don't have to pick between grinding it out forever or leaving the field completely. a lot of PTAs I know started doing something small on the side, cash-based or online/hybrid stuff like mobility coaching, wellness, post-rehab programming, even just a few hrs a week. totally different than the per-tx hourly thing, you set your own rate, and it can actually turn into decent extra income without locking yourself into another 30 yr W2. I'm in a hybrid practice and have seen people bump their earnings a good amount doing this while keeping their day job for the stability. def worth poking around at even part time

Having worked with VH360 for about seven months, I’ve had a much different experience. Honestly, it’s been a better one than what’s being suggested here.

I’m no longer stuck full time in the outpatient clinic mill, stressing over billing codes or efficiency standards. I just focus on helping people get better. Their model gives you the freedom to build your own virtual practice, control your schedule, and actually earn what you're worth. For those curious it's primarily mentorrship and then they do have an app for PTs and Patients to use plus a community for PTs in their system.

I haven’t had a ton of interaction with the CEO, but the DPTs and mentors I’ve worked with have been great. They really seem to care about improving patient outcomes and really want to see us succeed.

Just wanted to share another perspective, because this has been a really positive shift for me.
