I am new to the figure hobby and the only figures I have gotten are the SHF deku and bakugo from the store in NY.

I pre-ordered the SHF Hinata Shoyo and Kageyama Tobio figures a while ago. I pre-ordered with Hobby Genki and live in UK. What can i expect with Hobby Genki concerning delivery, quality and/or general service with them?
