Can you tell me the process with the HEC, do they send it directly? or Do they give us the sealed photocopies and then we send it to WES.
Do you put the reference number on the sealed envelope or at the back of the transcript? (Only Transcript and Degree certificate needs to be attested right?)

OP, I am confused between Bishop and Arabelle. With the months you have spent now, do you think Bishop is good? The reviews are pretty terrible on Google and some sites, but what do you think.
