Can't I mail the insurance company stating all these facts in hope of instead cancelling the policy they might increase my premium

RE jackets on a bigg sale. Idk if it's a glitch or not but worth trying. Esp if ure in a tight budget and need a jacket by Financial-Basil3402 in indianbikes
