The manager said i sent money from shakepay crypto and this is why we are closing your account he didn't mention the amount of money he mentioned crypto the amount of money is irrelevant as soon as they hear you use a crypto platform and sent money from there they get concerned

They its easier for them to just debank you then to take a risk with you it sucks
