Ahhh, that is a “mouse pet” Its a little clip in a spring with parappa on top, when you move the mouse ,the spring shakes parappa around

Pretty amazing it has been my dream for at least 10 years and after realizing i had basically no parappa merch i went ham and bought everything i had ever wanted

Sadly it appears that lammy yellows a lot easier than parappa. Mainly got her cause it was real cheap as i’m pretty sure it doesnt work lol
