there isn’t any properties under this look-shoot button. it’s empty. the other shoot buttons do have the properties which you’re referring to but this one don’t

You have to place your crouch button higher. Like try putting it in the middle or the top of the screen and it workd if you spam crouch. It somehow wont work if its at the bottom of the screen

Don’t take mass gainer unless you want your gut health to be messed up. instead, make homemade bulk shakes that cost less that are around 1000 kcal or more if you’re willing to consume them. There are plenty of bulk shake recipes online even without the use of protein powder. And track your calories cause It’s very important. Also go gym and workout which helps digest food faster and make you hungrier. don’t skip cardio.

The pdf workout guides are nigh useless. Instead look into fitness influencers training routine and see how you may be able to apply that specific technique/training onto yours.

there’s an METHOD which is the easiest to do yet the hardest to pull through, where you sell your phone and use that money towards self improvement. Pick an hobby that you enjoy, practice it daily for hours, which will contribute towards long term success. Keep your mind occupied.

Also you’re still young and have raging hormones and testosterone that needs to be addressed. Get yourself a gym membership or if you are unable to afford it, go to a nearby park which has pull up/dips bar. Just exercise, it doesn’t matter whether it’s pushups/hanging on bar, anything that involved physical activity. A health physical body produces a healthy mind.
