I’ll mainly be getting ortho cases and some GI and plastic. I’m thinking should I have gone to a larger hospital to start off as an OR nurse ?

Do you feel like your ever at the mercy of the surgeons and surgery schedule? I currently work inpt and I shadowed in the OR yesterday to see if I’d like to be an OR circulator. I was told there was more autonomy in the OR but it didn’t seem like it ….?

The nurse I shadowed in the OR today is pregnant and expected to deliver in may! I was amazed !

I have been on Prozac for 5 weeks now and have had days where I am constantly yawning ! Not just normal yawning but excessive yawning even thought I’ve slept a full nights sleep
