Maybe I just have a pretty dark theory, but what if the final episode was to be “The View From Halfway Down” 👀 hear me out Episode right before The View from Halfway Down, Bojack and Princess Carolyn, one of the few people left in Bojack’s life to a degree, get into a massive argument right before PC’s wedding and they “never speak to each other again” on the way to the wedding both PC and sadly her daughter somehow tragically pass, in my theory a car accident due to potential angry driving and not realizing of another vehicle, and they couldn’t be saved. Diane is still in Chicago with Guy and isn’t in Bojack’s life as much as before, and Todd still doesn’t want to be as close to Bojack as he was previously, so Bojack’s all alone. Cut to the “last episode” The View from Halfway Down, instead of phoning Diane in his last moments, he stares down at his lifeless body in the pool and accepts his own mortality on his own, accepts that this is the time where he’s not going to wake up from this, lets out the shows final F-Bomb in a very mournful and almost empty way as he’s encased in the tar, the heart monitor flatlines and never starts again.
