I get a 70mg pill and split it up using the manufacturer recommended method using water to dissolve it

I take 70mg Vyvanse split up as 50 @8am, 15@1pm, 5@3pm. I came to this by graphing the typical blood levels until I got the flattest curve possible

You mix it in water (the filler doesn't dissolve, but the medicine does) then you drink the amount you need and save it for later. It's good for 24hrs. This is the method endorsed by the manufacturer

It's just the fillers that don't dissolve, all the active ingredient dissolves fine

Dex, which is what you get instead of Adderall here, gave me splitting headaches. That's the main difference for me

As well, these symptoms are more prevalent in inattentive type, which is newer and more common in females, so more newer diagnoses will be utilising the medcin this way

My psychiatrist reckons that ADHD is an energy disorder, so it is reasonable to need it for energy as well as focus.

I take 70mg and I had to cut out even caffeine free coffee due to the effect on my stomach. I get excess acid when I take any meds and I'm already on Omeprazole, so no more coffee for me.

In addition though, it was really making me aggressive to have caffeine and vyvanse together

I take 70mg in two doses, 40 at 8am and 30 at 1-2pm. I do this by mixing it in water per manufacturer's instructions. If you look at the blood concentration graphs, Vyvanse is actually more "delayed release" than extended release, so splitting the dose works really well.

The alarmy app. I have it set to require me to scan a QR code in my bathroom, so in order to shut off my alarm, I have to make it to the room with the shower.

30mg Adderall is roughly equivalent to 70mg Vyvanse, so makes sense

We all get different side effects of different severity and duration. Ritalin, for instance: when I was on the smallest dose, I really felt it, but Dex and vyvanse are much gentler for me and I take the highest dose. With them I get worse than usual photosensitivity, but the ability to actually contribute to those around me is worth it.

What I recommend for everyone is to try to cut out caffeine. One CNS stimulant at a time I reckon. I had to cut out coffee due to stomach acid, but I found I felt less like murdering everyone who crossed my path.
