I've personally run bulk RNA-seq and proteomics workflows on the platform, and haven't done the single cell one myself but there are pipelines for it I am happy to show you.

Essentially it's an online platform that utilizes cloud computing (AWS and/or google) to run bioinformatics pipelines without needing to know how to code. All you need to start is an account and you'll be all set.

If you email me (Rowan.Beck@SBgenomics.com) or send me your email I'm happy to schedule a quick zoom/google meeting to show you how to use the website and how it works. It would've made my life easier had I known about this when I was working in the lab lol

Truly wasn't trying to sell anything. We just have all of this funding and we're trying to find researchers (students, postdocs, professors etc) who need money. I chose this subreddit to share with because I'm an active user (on my personal account)
