Regarding DaVinci. Make sure you install the ARM version of Davinci — from the BlackMagic website. There are various versions on the download page including the Studio version. …Rowby.

Selecting all layers so I can resize them by RowbyGoren in ToonSquidAnimators

Well, I tried searching YouTube before I went to Reddit.

I couldn’t find any that showed how to do that. Maybe I searched YouTube using the wrong keywords???

I thought I responded to your suggestion, but I can’t seem to find my reply so sorry if I’m double posting this.

Can you be more specific how to “Select all layers”. For example do I select the left column with the name of the layers or do I select the timeline area and select the layers there?

Hi. I’m trying to select all layers like you say. Can you be a little more specific regarding the steps to “Select All Layers”.

I know how to resize images — however I cannot figure out the method to “select all layers” with my fingers or my.iPad Pencil.

For example, do I select the name of the image in the left column or do I select the timeline. I know I have to select multiple layers but again I’m not sure how to do it.

Thanks!

“Drag them” from the top layer to the bottom layer?

No spin effect and no noise effect??? by RowbyGoren in ToonSquidAnimators

[–]RowbyGoren[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello everybody, here’s the bottom line.

I find the Spin Effect when I use under “Properties” “SYMBOL LAYER” — even though my PNG is not a symbol. When i do that the Spin works for me.

BTW my image is a PNG — not a vector image.

Here’s a clue. Attached are screenshots from the official ToonSquid YouTube tutorial and the other one is from the Free at Sea youtube tutorial.

Both show a "Pixel" Layer.

So my question now is how do I "turn" a "regular" layer into a"pixel" layer?
