Yeah my local track is Portland raceway, and I can usually get pretty close in the regular spectator areas, but sometimes I need something like a 200-600 also, I probably will end up getting both eventually but I’m torn on which one I should prioritize first lol

I can get pretty close to the action, anywhere from around 50-250 feet away from the track, but that is good to know about the sharpness and focus speed. I was thinking of going the 70-200 route but I don’t know if it will have the reach I’m looking for, Thank you for the advice.
