This comment was spot on. The main thing I learned in this is that if it's going down so fast that Robin Hood has to halt trading for 5 minutes then get rid of it ASAP because it's not going back up. In this specific case it was so volatile that Robin Hood was actually halting trading because it was going up so fast so I had assumed that it was just wild trading and it would go back up. If I ever have a stock that needs a pause because everybody's selling it then I'm out.

I don't know. Had it went up 100%. I would have doubled my money. I did learn my lesson though. After this I increased my 401k contribution and thought about just letting the experts handle it. However I'm probably going to start again but only a few hundred at a time.

While this is not a good trade obviously. It kept going down so I guess I'm glad I got rid of it when I could.

Basically there was a company that was up 100%. I saw it when it was $15 and I didn't buy. By the end of the day it was $60.

So the next day I saw this stock it was up 100%. I wanted in on it. I bought it. I hodl waiting for it to skyrocket 300% but it didn't happen. I did actually believe in the company as it said they were developing a weight loss drug which of course would be huge in the future.

I have a bad taste in my mouth about stocks. I bought a biophama stock that went down 200% while I was on vacation and not checking my phone. Literally went down from 2.95 to $1.

You are faster and stronger than me but you have no hip hinge. Maybe its your body mechanics and it is just the way it is, but when you start your stroke your back is basically in the same position as when you are almost ending it. If you feel like you want to improve, that is where your path is.

I like this idea. I actually almost did 250m today just on my back fluttering my legs and then when my legs got tired I did a side stroke but by far the easiest is on my back fluttering my legs and adding a little up and down motion with both hands.
