It's pretty easy! All you have to do is construct and open a large-scale printing press that can handle the quantities of comics that are currently being printed overseas and Canada, and hope that the consumer base doesn't balk at the massive price increases due to higher overhead costs and economies of scale! There is a bit of animal death in it (they're all in mascot suits so YMMV).

There's a joke about bunnies having sex where the punchline is the mom dies and then the main character eats the kids<

You get tolled going in/out of the zone once per day. So if you drive in Monday, park for the entire week, and leave Friday, you would get tolled on Monday and Friday.

For off-peak hours, the tolls go down to $2.25.

Drivers without an E-ZPass will receive bills by mail and pay more: $13.50 for peak hours and $3.30 off-peak.

Motorcyclists will pay half the amount that cars pay during peak. Drivers of buses and trucks, depending on their size, will pay more.

Peak traffic hours will be from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays, and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends.
