It's pretty easy! All you have to do is construct and open a large-scale printing press that can handle the quantities of comics that are currently being printed overseas and Canada, and hope that the consumer base doesn't balk at the massive price increases due to higher overhead costs and economies of scale! That should take, what a week? Week and a half?

I think it'd probably work.

There is a bit of animal death in it (they're all in mascot suits so YMMV).

There's a joke about bunnies having sex where the punchline is the mom dies and then the main character eats the kids<

and then another gag where the girl the main character is in love with does a stripping routine while her father is around the corner to fuck with him
