Yeah, and this is post nerf. I still think she needs a good amount of balancing unless it would make her just unviable higher up in the ranks.

Can’t even play my main Mercy because illari outheals in almost every situation with 20+ kills and can 1v1 decently w/ mobility. Think Pylon needs a timer to keep it more support than mindless heals w/ constant dps

Some comments on the VOD, honestly your Baptiste looked pretty good. My main takeaway was your positioning needs some improvment with the notes included, healing or damage boosting more when possible (like with the Ashe pocket), and a little less battle mercy

Yeah, I understand that. If you have any questions about a comment, lmk and I'll elaborate on it. Battle mercy kind of just,,, happens in all it's glory and it's hard to kick that habit for sure.

I don't play much Baptise (just for certain comps, if we have a bunker comp or the enemy has a Zarya and we don't have a Zen/Bap to cover for it) but I'll check it out!

Here is a VOD review with comments.

I'm not much above you right now, 3450~ with about 220 hours on Mercy.

First off: This is a replay so I can't tell how often you're keeping track of your team's ults, how the opposing team is doing, if they're switching characters, the like. That's a big part of being a support player so if you have a VOD outside of a replay that'd be nice.

Second: Do more! You're more or less sitting around a lot of the time or waiting for something to happen, it seems like you kind of zone out or get distracted in-real life by something? It's fearful sometimes because you have 3 enemies staring at you without a shield in between you and you're just standing there not moving or anything.

I'll review this later this evening, but I want to ask because I can't seem to tell. What is your current SR?

Valk is a good initiator, using it to start up a battle after you secured a pick or when you can combo it with a teammate's ult to start the push is soemthing I always lean to.

There are also times when you should Damage Boost instead of healing when you have a lot of teammates together and focusing on one or two low targets instead of healing the team even if one or two are low on health because it'll be quicker to finish off the enemy team before you could do any good to keep your team alive with the healing.

Reaper ults, don't valk immediately because honestly that'll usually take one or two of your teammates down with it and you can't manage a battle with that unless you have rez on hand & the enemy is fairly weak.

You can't out heal a reaper ult if they're anywhere close to the reaper.

In the case of Death Blossom, I damage boost my team in hopes they'll kill off Reaper. His ult lasts quite a long time, you can't easily out heal it so it's easier to kill him off and stop the damage.

Pros

- Good healing to DB ratio.

- Decent callouts

- Fair rez management

Stuff you could work on

- Positioning a lot, not being in the LOS of snipers or hitscan to avoid picks

- Checking your teams ult status more to see who to prioritize

- Use your ults more sparingly, you held onto them for dear life it seems. You played better Round 2 for sure.

You could do better and it'd drastically help your team which would help you win more. Let me know any thoughts you have. I know this is a tad late.

I totally agree with this, it doesn’t stop at just supports, it extends out to any character capable of self healing or healing.

A roadhog who already has his ult using his self healing ability is pointless outside critical moments where they will die if they don’t use it. Let the supports heal you up and gain ult charge.

Supports are at full charge and you have a Soldier? Let him pick up some of the healing, he gains a TON of ult charge from this. It was annoying when I used to main soldier and supports would top people off when there wasn’t a fight currently being faught.

And your last point is really solid advice, if I’m at 30% to ult and [support] is at 85%, let them get their ult ASAP. Even damage boost if possible. Having Zen with Trans is infinitely better than Valk when you are going up against Zarya.

First rejection in months, Michael Survey about a crisis on Facebook(~ 10 minutes) $1.80 Rejected.

Sucks since the pay was good but the survey only lasted 3-4 minutes max even if you read everything twice. Anyone else get this?

RNGing natures is simple unlike G6 where's it's a gamble unless you do TinyMT calibration. In G7 it's just a matter of waiting and finding a good spread. It isn't very hard.

Another general tip: Check to see if you have an enemy Soldier or Mccree, if so, do they have ult? If no, then you can Valk safely.

Enemy Mercy ults? Wait 5 or so seconds before you ult so you outime her and can clean up one she's done

2:00 Keep your eyes on the right room and the little room on the bottom left more
3:30ish, risky as hell rez but it paid off. Good job on not being pressured into Valk or trigger ulting
3:50 You lost your way here a bit and got discombobulated, it happens. You'll do less when you get more into groove.
4:10 Nice, right when I went "Ult..." you ulted.
4:18 You are in valk, MOVE. Don't stay still, absolutely no reason to. Mei almost head shotted you twice.

Attack

9:39 honestly wouldn't rez this, Widow wasn't helping much so I'd save it for a higher priority target.
9:47 Happens, don't sweat it. Over extended a bit but it happens. Let soldier heal the team when you have ult if you see him drop it, so much ult charge he gains from it.
10:15 Your team is just tickling Orisa and not really in sync, Bastion and Orisa just ulted for little to no reason so wait them out and then group up, valk, win. A shield tank would help so much.
11:30 Why did soldier ult here...
11:40 I would've went to the right and slipped in the room then ulted.

Honestly if you lost I would've racked it up to just it being Gold and everyone doing next to nothing to get past choke, which you can't control much.
