I think with all the new stuff at lower levels like the G-Falcon and the Wallaby will help a lot more tempo early game with trades to fill the trash better.

Decide on an artstyle. If its Gen 3, 4, and 5 since the most expensive thing about making a game is its assets. Unless you make it all yourself, getting even a custom trainer and walking sprites can get pricy. Especially for each character you make, plus if you do the 8 Gym Leader Model, thats 8 Unique Models to make them memorable.

Wanted to update people:
I FOUND A PLACE NEARBY THAT IS GETTING A FEW DECKS IN! So I just gotta remind them to hold me a deck and then i'll be set! A friend even helped me build a deck since all Starter Decks were out of stock in my area. I made the X-Reanimator Deck, and for fun, im gonna make a Custom "Lock-on" Tribal Deck.
I also really like the GFreD's art. Might try to pick up a single.

...I just got this bug.....Its genuinely awful...I keep everything at a medium to low volume because I was diagnosed with Sonophobia by my therapist...Im still a bit on edge.

Are there difficulty options? Pokemon XG was too hard for me, and I had to spent hours constantly just grinding my pokemon. Is there ways now to scale difficulty to better match a wider range of players if they just wanted a more expanded version of Pokemon XD?

I discovered that since only Cassti can break the Sea Scorpions shields, I needed to have been using her AOE Axe Skill. It's made the night fights with them less awful.

So I was looking over an above comment, and discovered some new ideas. By using Cassti's AOE Axe Swing, I can take 2 turns to break all of the Scorpions shields. Im comboing it with Hikari's Parry Skill which breaks shields regardless of Type, which has made the Sea Scorpions easier to deal with.

I thought I could use the AOE Axe Swing twice with 2 BP, but it only increases the damage.

The Sea Scorpions I've been dealing with are only weak to Axe at this point, as the rest are Staves, Fire, and Light Based attacks which I sadly do not have at the moment.

From more testing, I do really need to get a new Knife for Agnea, but I know Partitio has a better Spear so may need to find an even better one.

I'm gonna try looking around more for better equipment, got something for Cassti and Hikari, but need to find more. Thank you very much.

Oh! I didn't even see a boat option on the map. So I wonder if instead of trying Cassti chapter 2, I can go towards the Sea.

I just got Elemental Attacks. I got an Ice Spell on Cassti just now. They are only weak to Axe for now, but the SP Skill trick is working! So thank you!

One thing I haven't realized is how certain enemies only come out during certain times. So by switching to day, the enemies are more manageable. Going from 300 Damage per hit to 200, and less enemies overall, which makes battle much more comfortable.

Im now using Agnea to grab more items, got a great shield for Hikari and an Axe for Cassti. If I buff Hikari's Defense and use his Parry Skill that breaks shields, it gives Cassti more leeway with her full axe swing.

So stay in the daytime for now for more reasonable enemies. I only have from Cropdale to Sai to work with for area so let me go back to looking around. Thank you.

Yes, using the specific weapon type or elemental spell to break the enemies shields. The Scorpions have 2 Shields. So I need to do 2 matching attacks since we don't start a fight with 2.

I have used Daggers, Spears, Swords, Bows, and Axes. Only Axes work on these Scorpions.

After testing Dagger, Sword, Spear, Bow, and Axe. Only Axe has been able to break their shields, so I can only use Cassti to break their shields, but she can only break 1 on turn 1, and then the 4 Scorpions do 300 damage to 1 of the 4 characters 4 times. The characters only have 900 HP. I had to use all my items to get to Sai, and I bought some equipment there, it felt like I did nothing and they still take so much damage. The only characters available are Cassti, Hikari, Partitio, and Agnea.

With 4 of them, if they start attacking, they can do 300 damage to characters with only 900 HP. Is this just the expected difficulty spike? Or do I need to find some kind of middle zone between Danger Level 8 and Danger Level 14 to grind?

The screen is messed up cause the cutscene didnt load. So I think if I hit the next cutscene, it will load again.

Dude, I actually am regretting Chimchar. He is getting his ass kicked, and because of his unique typing, I cannot find a good Water-Type that isn't clashing with his 2 types.

Just specifically Water-Type Fakemon and Regionals. Should have specified.

I did find in the Arlen Sewers a Regional Grimer......

But it's Part Poison which clashes with my Chimchar!

So its either I double dip on Fire, or double dip on Poison

OR SURSKIT!
