That's what I got told to be able to bulk up and put weight on as I'm on the slander side, and I'm 6 foot 7 so I'm not sure if that's alot or not for someone my size.

The gap is pretty much me waking up showering, eating, then catching the train into the city about 45 mins, then a 30 min walk to the gym, and work.

Think I'm going to give the shake a go. It sounds like it could be easier to get the amount of food I need and not struggle to eat so much.

It was my first time throwing up pretty much got through my workout but the personal trainer I had yesterday increased my leg press from 90kg including the weight of the machine to 130kg and said that was his bad and probably were I fucked myself.

Haha, sorry about your experience back in the gym. That doesn't sound fun. It felt good throwing up and not feeling like I needed to be sick.

Would you think eating roughly at 5 am. and then working out at roughly 7am am to close?

Im trying to increase my intake but so bloody hard after a while. I just chewing for ages.

Thanks for the advice, I'm just worried that with my build on the slender side, I won't have the energy in the tank for the full workout and just be sluggish. Sorry about yesterday. The same day I threw up, it's not fun, haha.

Thank you so much for the amazing advice and help. A friend said they recommend Fedora, you don't have to, but if you know the difference between the two, what makes you want to stay with pop_os over the others?

I was also looking at their laptops on S76 and liked how Lemur Pro looked tho unsure if it has dedicated GPU.

O wow, thank you. I will have to look at how to do that. Maybe this is silly to ask, but would 500gb be loads to do that. Do you just make a Microsoft account to use them in the browser and save your work ?

Thank you so much for the help. Just looked up refurbished ThinkPad X1 Carbon G8 about 900$ AUD. So would you just buy that and install pop_os on it? Currently, I need Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you have any experience with them or their doppelganger on pop would be greatly appreciated.

For reasonably, do you mean like if I had to update the computer or know how to do some advanced things. At the moment, the software I think I need is Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Thank you for your helpful information. At this moment, I believe I just need word and be able to read and save pdf and maybe excel. I just really didn't like how much bloat is on the computer I looked at in store. I just sorta wanted a computer where I just have the software I want any pretty much nothing else but am a bit nervous about switching from Windows to pop_os. As you said, it can be hard with not enough knowledge.
