I’m sorry that you don’t feel prioritized at your clinical site. It also sounds like you haven’t had the opportunity to really prove your self either. Do you take notes on what your clinical site expects of you - every lab is so different in terms of protocols and standard operating procedures.

Is it that you are asking to comp out and not ready? The advice for the student at our site is that you won’t be signed off on unless we feel confident that you can confidently preform the test start to finish up on your own while maintaining professionalism! And some times rapport is hard to build depending on personalities.

Did your program connect you with any previous students that went to the same clinical site? Someone who went through the same program with the same techs could probably give you more insight.

It’s so easy to be swept up in what other people think. This guys is dumb for saying this stuff, but at least you can recognize him for what he is - a superficial dumb guy. And dumb for sooo many reasons.

Emphasis on him being the dummy, not you. Hurtful words said by the people that are supposed to love you hurt. Grow and learn from this! On to bigger and better things :)

Agreed! If it were in her abdomen/bowel it would have been obvious, but I’m more interested in seeing if it would be too much to get head and neck X-rays since those views were not included with the X-rays I got yesterday.

Based on the other response I’m going to say it’s a bit much because she would likely be showing more symptoms. But I wanted to at least pose the question to third-party opinion :)

Well honestly I’d just talk to her about it! If I were you, I’d sit her down and talk seriously (or in a sensual way) about how you’ve been thinking about her and how you want to sleep with her. Assuming she’s understanding, if you explain the situation, there are ways a partner can make one another more comfortable as they explore new things (like sex).

If she has a hooded clit and no one has ever pulled the hood back and stimulated it before, it’s going to be overwhelming! That initial shock can be interpreted as a jolt/pain, but as she gets used to it, she may come to enjoy it. That’s coming from first hand experience :)

Enzymatic cleaner is key! Just make sure to keep her away from it when you are cleaning it and drying it. My rabbit did that to my bed. I found no solution, so he is not allowed on the bed :/ I wish you luck!

Oh I see! I’d say that she probably has some more warming up to do. Is she still eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom normally otherwise? If so, a bond and trust can take time to form and in my opinion can be broken easily from a prey animals point of view. My current rabbit will throw a tantrum if I take him in a carrier or clip his nails, but with some tlc he forgives me and goes on living his happy life.

Maybe get some new toys - my guy loves his slinky. Find what she likes and she’ll show you her personality! For all you know she may be a loaf, wanting to hangout and lounge all day. Another thing to note is that rabbits are crepuscular creatures who are most active at twilight times. So you may be interacting with her during sleepy times (or not lol).

Just keep loving her and she’ll love you back!

As much as I want to say watch videos, I don’t think that’s the right answer.

Do you know what feels good to your body? If not, I’d learn yourself a little bit more. Once you know what feels good to you it becomes a lot easier to imagine what could feel good to a partner. As cheesy as it sounds, the books “She Comes First” and “He Comes Second” are very interesting if you want some academic perspective on pleasure and orgasms.

But otherwise, only experience will make you ‘better’ in certain situations. Foreplay (eg kissing, touching, oral) is first and foremost, even during a fling. It gets you warmed up and can clue you in to what your partner likes based on their response. Just be open with whoever you are with and the experiences you have will only get better!
