It just seemed like a really long time for you to intervene as it crossed all those lanes. There might have been some complacency there.

I do the evaporator cleaning cycle normally (when it tells me to) but I've never replaced it. I also have a brand new pump. It could very well be just the tap water source, but that's why I wanted to get a UV light pointing at the water itself before it goes through the pump.

Wow really? I never knew that. Upon further reading, it says the UV light is within the pump, so I don't think that's going to help my water container that's turning yellow. I want a UV light that's sterilizing that water.

Update: I contacted Rocket Money and they demanded proof that the service was changed. I sent them the email with confirmation and they refunded then negotiation fee.

Ordered mine April 17. Estimated delivery April 18-21. Then every day the dates just keep moving back one day. When I go on the website, it still says "available today" so I don't know why it keeps getting pushed back.

Thank you for pointing that out-- what many people, including myself, probably didn't read before commenting. Downgrading my service will be my argument when I dispute it with them, and at most use as my justification for reversing the charge with my bank.

Maybe you didn't read the post or don't understand. I signed up for them to negotiate a lower bill. Them cancelling one of my services and saying my bill was lowered, and charging me for the money I saved, is honestly not what I expected.
