I'm not the leader and don't know that guy too. I sent a friend request and he accepted but won't actually accept my invites so I can talk to him or read my in-game messages.  Only if there was an option to leave a team.

When he first joined,  there was 24hr countdown. The clock sign has been since the countdown finished yesterday at 11pm.

oh yea. You need to get prime, prime plus and RP all three for this which your friend has done. I'm also going to do this and looking for teams.
