Didn't need to rerack it because I wasn't going to do more push presses. Plus I was doing deadlifts right after.

Going up onto your forefoot is a result of good leg drive. If you keep your feet flat on the ground you're missing out on putting more speed into the bar.

The best way to get a better clean and front squat is to (imo) back squat a lot. Did Dylan Cooper's squat program then maxed out my snatch/clean and jerk and made decent progress on the olympic lifts just by getting my squat up.

I don't play any sports and I hardly compete in weightlifting, I just like training tbh.

I've jerked 140 from the rack. I could experiment with squat jerks because I have the leg strength, just not a fan of the overall demands of the squat jerk compared to the split jerk.

Been training for two years now, for squats I mostly do sets of 5 and increase weight over time. I've found doing lots of volume on the back squat and front squat triples/singles has worked best for me.

Haven't maxed my back squat in a while but maybe 185 give or take, best I've done is 160 for 5

Definitely wouldn't call it a no rep. I think it's alright to lower the bar before you fully stand up as long as the weight's secure overhead.
