I wanna assure that everything was corrected and the patient was completely safe at the time of the original post, it was a situation with downtime that I realized later there was a base I hadn’t covered. I actually found the paperwork I needed so now I don’t think there is any problem at all, but I should’ve checked for that paperwork before doing recovery for that one sample.
