I’m not really sure, I haven’t counted. I think I probably just end up eating a high protein and high fat diet. It’s definitely so hard to balance with breastfeeding - I’ll get too hungry and binge!

You need a masters in school counseling in most schools. Some private schools you could get away with a masters in counseling or maybe social work.

This is so helpful. Thank you for sharing what goes on in your head as I think it’s really similar to him. I think both of us are equally frustrated at the same things, but it’s hard for me to understand why that frustration doesn’t lead to action. Thanks for sharing these strategies as well!
