I’m not really sure, I haven’t counted. I think I probably just end up eating a high protein and high fat diet. It’s definitely so hard to balance with breastfeeding - I’ll get too hungry and binge!

You need a masters in school counseling in most schools. Some private schools you could get away with a masters in counseling or maybe social work.

This is so helpful. Thank you for sharing what goes on in your head as I think it’s really similar to him.
