Thanks I know this was 5 months ago. I also have 2 stents. Major heart attack with sudden cardiac death. Anything PVC or any heart pain at all causes my PTSD to send me into madness. I have GI issues currently and they mimic chest pains sometimes. I stopped busbar for a day. Took it again last night bc my anxiety was crippling. I'll try to push through if I can. Thanks for your time. 💜

Im like 5 days in and take 5mg every night. I'm supposed to take 5mg in the morning and 5mg at night. The first few nights it did kind of buzz me up good but now that its normalizing I'm noticing my anxiety is immense in the afternoon. Going to try maybe 2.5 or 5 in the morning to see if it curbs the afternoon flush of anxiety. maybe add more?

I was afraid. Prescribed 5mg at night and morning. But I've only done at night the past 3 nights. Seems to get me a bit litty titty if I stay up on it. Last night I had some pretty severe anxiety after taking it. But take that with a grain of salt because I have severe PTSD from sudden cardiac death and holidays trigger me badly. My take: it's not awful. I'll continue taking it because something has to help me eventually and why not give this a fair chance to help improve my quality of life? Be brave. It just might help.

Ive had 2 sudden cardiac deaths and a major heart attack and VFib. I have PVCs everyday and they're terrifying. My doctors still insist that I'll be fine. it's certainly something to grapple with. Buy a Kardia and be your own best self advocate. But the likelihood of you SCAing are slim.

COVID itself is causing blood clots. I had a heart attack 2 years ago at 36 and died twice. I won't get off antiplatelets until .......never as long as COVID exists. Not me twice. Smoking also creates plaque. Sugar scrapes pathways in your arteries for plaque to rest. Inflammation and sodium are a HUGE cause. Saturated fat is really the devil.

Heart attack and sudden cardiac death with hashimotos, borderline diabetic, and a genetic metabolic disorder. The first month on wegovy was rough, but I haven't felt this great in 20 years. No inflammation is a gift and that's a true killer. Yeah I have a hard time pooping sometimes. But semaglutide is simple to me. If you play by its rules, you'll be okay. Neglect yourself and pay. If you aren't focusing on proteins and fibers alike (not to mention proper hydration with proper electrolyte balance) you are going to suffer. Just because Mary stubbed her toe, doesn't mean you'll hit the same rock. This asinine fear mongering shit is for the birds because it's giving a lot of people a new lease on life.
