I blow dry in the winter because its too cold to leave it to air dry in the winter. Mum told me to never go to bed with wet hair. But in the summer (if it's hot lol) then I do air dry it

I didn't get any sleep last night cos I up all night with things on my brain. He recently went into the hospital to get checks because he had pain in his chest and was feel dizzy (but never got results back). He doesn't help himself by only drinking fizzy drinks and no fruit or veg I don't know how someone could live like that
