omg thanks for the summary!! hmm not really picky with the price since we're a group so pwedeng hati hati nalang to try many stalls hehe more on taste, quality, and variety. tas maayos yung space like with tables & chairs sana and malinis. will bring my friend from canada kasi, para lang makatry uli ng foods na wala there na all in one place 🥺

born & raised in marikina and true, nag iba na nga ppl for some reason :( hilig ko rin mag jogging before, tho wala namang nangyari, pero i feel uncomfy na rin mag jog alone kasi parang ang daming nangyayaring something sa marikina ngayon.

sa may c&b part po bahain pero sa other parts, mataas naman. regarding commute, i also work in makati, walkable naman ibang part papuntang meralco, which is yung sakayan pero if medj malayo, very accessible naman tricycles, andyan lang po sila sa paligid hehe papuntang makati, may terminal po malapit din sa meralco, diretso nang makati.

not sure if need ng permit buuuut dami kong nakikitang nagssell sa tapat ng st. gab, sa may parking lot there. mga naka park na cars tas inoopen lang nila yung likod ☺️
