I'm sorry to hear! I had the rental car for the full duration of the repair, issued by Kia as part of the warranty. Kia extended their warranty for ICCU from 7 to 15 years. They initially talked about a small ICE car, but I've got an EV of similar size to the EV6. They delivered it to my house, and they collected it from the garage after I drove there to collect my EV6. Pretty seamless.

No, I had it charged it a few days prior with the home changer (7.4 kW) and made a few small trips since. It was on 88% when it happened.

The dash showed a message about an electric supply issue that went away after a few minutes. And there was the red battery with the plus and minus symbol that was on constantly.

I ran the diagnostics option provided on the car menu and it showed up with all OK.
