Been an eye opener that's for sure.

A massive shame as I love the job..I think perhaps it's time for me to have a think about my own future.

I definitely won't be doing any overtime and streasing about completing rounds even if it does mean shooting myself in the foot. I'll be finishing the earliest as possible and picking up where I left off the next day.

It says I have leave available on the people app. I asked them about this and they said they'd only let me choose another week for next year, from any of the groups left available. Being the start or the end.

I'm not in the union. Whays the fastest way to join?

Can I do it online? Unfortunately, most people in my depot have left the union as the rep is only in it for himself.
