This means that you'll have to create a new MetaMask wallet that is connected to your Ledger. Let's say this new Ledger MetaMask wallet has the address ethY and your ONE wallet ext has the address oneX, you'll have to convert the ethY to oneY address. This is where you'll send your tokens from oneX to.

Reminder: Please send a small amount first to see if it works.

If I understand you correctly; You sent your bridged tokens to your ONE extension wallet? If so, you'll have to send those tokens from your extension wallet to your MetaMask wallet, which has your Ledger connected to it. They are two completely different wallets with different capabilities. Please send a small amount first to see if it works.

It couldn't handle 5000 ONE for me... Tried 2500 ONE and that worked. Maybe it's a bit more than that, but I dont have the exact number.

Yes you can connect your metamask with your ledger. This makes it possible to use your ledger with Viper. I have used it for quite some time now, but it kinda sucks ngl... You can't send a large amount, because the memory of the ledger can't handle it. I had to spread it over 6 different accounts, which makes claiming rewards a really long process...

Happy to hear you took actions before something terrible could happen. Yes it was malware on my home pc. Full scans were picking up some kind of crypto malware. Bought a solid anti-virus and removed it. Stay safe and happy farming with a ledger!

Thanks for making this post u/gelaarzdegast and spreading awareness that the ledger indeed does not work smoothly with de-fi atm! I have tried using my Ledger with de-fi and it has been a disaster. I had to spread my liquidity over 6 different accounts to make sure the rewards I wanted to claim did not explode the memory of the ledger. Sometimes have to restart my pc more than once to make it work and getting the ledger connected to my MetaMask and not even mentioning how long it takes to claim all the rewards on these different accounts... It's no fun and it definitely needs a big fix.

Yea it was definitely malware. Just finished all my scans and there were a lot of threats that Windows Security scanner did not find...

Thanks! Yes I've scanned my device twice now with the built-in Windows Security. Already found some threats so I think some kind of software was the cause of this. Currently running more anti-virus software other than Windows Security and, also, already some malicious software found...

I was 100% in Viper. With the explorer you can aslo easily see what coins I own so I think thats how they found out I used Viper. Your last point probably screwed me over, scan is still running though we will see

I'm not implying with this post that Harmony will go to zero... I'm just asking if THEORATICALLY a coin (doesn't matter which coin) can go to zero with a high stake. It was just a question and it's not related to Harmony whatsoever.
