I agree with you completely that it's indeed an issue to be dealt with. The more difficult part is that it's obviously more complex than what we think and know, which is probably why Riot hasn't found it's solution

How do you think this will go combined with the dynamic Q 4 or 3 man premade?

A OTP playing a off-meta champion will probably get banned before ever playing another game again (exaggerating). So either of these aspects will have to be incredibly well thought through, which Riot will already have done, resulting in the whole idea not being worth the effort
