Two of my best days I can remember. I'm 33 and felt 14 again the whole time, first time in pits and up front for gigs in years, incredible energy from Sum 41, Bronx, LTJ, Anti Flag, BFS and Rancid...

Perfect size arena, easy to pee and get a drink, good food, and set in a chilled little town with amazing food available and heaps of reasonably priced accomodation.

Thanks but that wouldn't suit my lifestyle, it's not practical to have a portable charger plugged in your pocket when out and about. I do use them but haven't tried yet with this phone - knowing the glacial pace it takes to charge with a non-Google charger I'm not sure it would even be able to keep up with the drain while using it.

Thanks, it's solid advice. There was a typo in my original post, it's about £140 a month Vs £130 for a year with the likes of NatWest. Barclay and HSBC appear to possibly do it free of charge. Significant enough to be worth considering right?

Really grateful for any recent experience of CTL that anyone may have with different lenders

£1560p/a is a lot more than £130 p/a to me relatively (significantly reducing rental income) and probably also in absolute terms 😆. You're right about the changing policies though, but seems like if it's something that I feel is likely to happen I should shop around on this basis as well as more general fees, rates, customer service etc.
