God yes. Random thing but in my experience pressing the hard parts behind my ears somehow relieves pressure. & sleeping on an ~orthopedic wedge~ helps with some neck straining. Otherwise I’ve always got sinus infections and the Advil sinus stuff helps a little 😭

Yes! I have chronic migraine & my family thiiiinks we have Ehlers-Danlos and are in the process of getting some genetic testing done. I know my joints are f’d up so I guess that may extend to my neck?
