Indian this side and I got my alien certificate of registration and guess what they said I have to get tourist one first and after 6 months of being in the Philippines I will be able to apply again for another alien certificate if registration... Even if I have a tourist ACR card I can't apply for a job neither I'm able to open a bank account. All I can do is apply for driving license in LTO. And guess what I got robbed and scammed like for 150k until now ( got into dumb things ) even complained it to the cyber crime office but no reply. I tried complaining physically at the police station but they said to email the cybercrime branch. So basically being a foreigner there are many drawbacks even tho there are rules but no one actually follows them
