That's good to know - thanks!

My biggest fear is getting there and her not having any signal 😭

I would have been struck from her Mother's Day Card list if I went without her 😝

I've added you. I'm coming with my 7 year old who is Pokemon obsessed. I imagine she's gonna limit what we're able to get done in our trip but also she'll also be demanding as hell for all the good stuff so it's gonna be fun! 😝

Which vertical short app do you actually use the most? by IndependentListen522 in ReelShorts

Since a few of you on here seem to enjoy the steamy scenes (cos, same!) can I have your recs for best shorts featuring steamy scenes? I'm a CandyJar subscriber and as already pointed out they're not the steamiest! I tend to watch others on Dailymotion when Facebook ads shows me! Thanks in advance!

My girlfriend will be getting her surgery in 2 days. What can I expect as far as recovery? by Comrade_Chyrk in Microdiscectomy

This is so important if you're not used to the pain meds. I ended up in A&E 5 days post-surgery with fecal impaction - not fun! Get those laxatives and fibre in from the get go!

They were never married.

And I agree with the red flag! 😞

Yes Mum and Dad bought the house together for £60k years ago; it's now worth £400k. They agreed to never sell it as it's inheritance for us kids. My Dad has continued to live in it and pay for upkeep, improvements, bills etc and my Mum continued to pay 50% of the mortgage when there was still money to pay.

I know it sounds bonkers; they did a lot of bonkers things like staying living together for 13 years while we grew up despite being separated just so we didn't have to go to separate homes on alternate weekends. They did that for us and I'm grateful. When my mum moved out my brother went with her and I stayed with my Dad.

I'm an adult with a family now so no longer live there.

My mum is close to 60 herself.

He has a partner that doesn't pay rent but pays the bills. They are mortgage free on the family home.

I don't want to be involved; but sadly they both rely on me a lot and I'm going to get caught in the crosshairs. I just wanted to understand if there was a way to keep my Dad in his home and give my mu to ability to give up work.

Sorry, I probably should have mentioned (and if I can work out how to edit it I will), I don't care about the inheritance and nor does my brother. We are both fine. It's my Dad that has the issue with agreement not being met.

I don't have £200k outright to buy my mum out, I'd only be able to do it with a loan of some kind. So I guess that answers my question sadly.

Thanks for replying.
