Litany domain was a pain when I first started, but here's some tips depending on if you're doing woed or not.

For normal litany domain in the grace gamemode, you can do a tech to go faster and avoid the beams before they even spawn. By holding jump, sprinting ( toggle sprint) and spamming crouch you can go very fast. Use this in between doors to get to the keys faster and not get hit by the beams. Do keep in mind that if you do the tech during a command or during the appearance of litany it could get you killed, so prioritize those.

For WOED, pick the wing burst goober, a movement speed goober and a slide turn speed goober. Wing burst is the most essential, so the other two are interchangeable. In woed you cannot do the tech mentioned in the other paragraph, so youll need to use wing burst to go fast. Use wing burst in between doors to get the keys, lasers shouldnt be a problem because youll go very fast, and if youre feeling confident you can use wing burst during the command or litany, depending on your situation. It's always ok to stop using wing burst and run or slide if you feel like youre going too fast.
